First time getting your face waxed? No worries, girlie! I'll help you feel comfortable throughout your appointment and make sure you know what to expect.
Step 1 — Check Your Skin
Before we begin, I'll check for sensitivities and talk through any skincare products or active ingredients you've been using to help determine whether waxing is appropriate for your skin.
Step 2 — Prep Your Skin
I'll gently prepare the areas being waxed so your skin is ready for treatment.
Step 3 — Time to Wax
I'll apply and remove the wax in sections to remove unwanted facial hair from the root.
Step 4 — Finish & Aftercare
Once your service is complete, I'll finish with appropriate skincare and share aftercare instructions to help you care for your freshly waxed face.
Appointment Duration: A full face wax takes approximately 45 minutes.

How to Prepare & Care
for Your Face Wax
Before Your Appointment
Avoid active skincare ingredients, such as retinoids and certain exfoliating acids, for 5–7 days before your appointment, following product-specific safety guidance.
Let me know about any prescription skincare products, acne treatments, or medications you're currently using.
Avoid harsh exfoliation and other irritating treatments immediately before your appointment.
Don't wax over irritated, sunburned, damaged, or broken skin.
If your skin is extremely sensitive, facial waxing may not be the right option for you.
After Your Appointment
Wait approximately seven days before resuming exfoliation or active skincare ingredients, provided your skin has recovered and the product is appropriate.
Avoid applying makeup to the treated areas for three days, according to my aftercare recommendations.
Avoid scented moisturizers, perfumes, and irritating skincare products on freshly waxed skin.
Avoid swimming, beach activities, excessive sweating, and heat for 24–48 hours.
Keep your skincare gentle while your skin settles.
Avoid shaving between waxing appointments.

Nope, girlie! Waxing doesn't make your hair grow back thicker. Since it removes hair from the root, some clients notice softer or finer-feeling regrowth over time, although results vary.
